What is usually excluded from a renovation quote?

Common exclusions on other builders' quotes include demolition, asbestos removal, council fees, engineering, and tip fees. Our quotes are all-inclusive. We name what is in and what is out so you can compare like for like.

Do you charge for the site visit and quote?

No. The site visit and fixed-price quote are free and no-obligation. If you proceed, the design and engineering fees are included in the contract price.
